Marva has successfully completed projects that many said could never be done, including the Sieber Apartments at 12th Street & Hudson Avenue. The Sieber, is a mixed use project that is primarily residential. Since 1983, Ms. Ellard has successfully managed the rehabilitation of single family, multi-family and commercial real estate projects in the Oklahoma City metropolitan area.
